Exchanges
We understand that selecting the perfect color online can be challenging. For that reason, we are happy to offer an exchange for an unopened hair extension set in the correct color within 30 days of receiving your order.

For hygienic reasons, exchanges are only accepted on items that are unused, unopened, unworn, and untampered with. Opened or used products cannot be exchanged.
